The Crosslinx methodology is the brainchild of Willem Mosterd and started in the late nineties when Willem was challenged – as part of a team effort – to get the execution of a successful Strategy back on track. During that project he developed the Crosslinx Framework and since then the Crosslinx methodology has evolved and has been successfully applied in various organizations.

In 2015, after several lectures and workshops, the decision was taken to develop a formal program around the Crosslinx methodology. Not only to help organizations to become successful and achieve their set business objectives, but also because we know from our own careers that working for a successful organization is great experience that has a positive impact on everyone’s professional and personal life.
